One agency sale in Tommos, from the form to the signature#
An example sale (the agency and the client are made up). Each step reaches you as a card on your phone or your screen: an email, a meeting or a document, with send, change or skip.
- 1
The inquiryBook
Tuesday, 2:10 PM. You are in a client workshop. Maya, marketing director at Harlow Outdoor, fills in the form on your site: «We need a new Shopify site before spring, and someone to run SEO after launch.» The form is in your site’s font and color, and it offers her times to talk on the spot.
- 2
The replyBook
Your phone buzzes. Tommo SDR has written back in your voice: thanks, two questions about the catalog, and Thursday at 11:00 AM ET for a 30-minute call. You press Send between sessions. Tommo SDR quotes no price and promises no date the CRM does not hold; it asks you. If Maya goes quiet, it follows up inside her working hours.
- 3
The discovery callYou
Maya books Thursday. The call is on your Google Calendar with a Meet link. You talk; Tommo Closer reads the transcript.
- 4
The recapClose
After the call, the recap reaches you as a card: what she needs (a 400-product catalog moved from WooCommerce, launch by March 1, SEO from April), who decides (Maya and her CFO), and when your proposal comes. You change one line and send.
- 5
The proposalClose
Your estimate says $42,000 for the build over 12 weeks and $5,500 a month for SEO. Tommo Closer puts those numbers into the proposal and never invents one. When the estimate is missing, it asks you for it. You send.
- 6
Their MSASign
Harlow's counsel sends their MSA. Tommo Legal reads it against your positions (the terms you set once on its page: IP, payment, liability, governing law) and shows what departs from them: the client owns your pre-existing code and templates, payment is net 60, no portfolio use. You strike the first two and keep the third. Tommo Legal drafts your SOW from your template in your Drive, and you sign. Its memo is research, not legal advice.
- 7
The follow-upsClose
If Maya goes silent after the proposal, Tommo Closer follows up until there is a decision: a yes, or a no with its reason on the record.
Sending on its own is off. After twelve approvals in a row of one kind of email with nothing to fix, a tommo asks for it. You switch it on per form, on a paid plan, and switch it off the same way. See what Tommo SDR, Tommo Closer and Tommo Legal do.
Where agency new business stalls, and what Tommos does there#
The reply waits until tonight
You pitch, you run workshops, you review work. A Tommos form offers times to meet the moment someone sends it, and Tommo SDR's reply waits on your phone within the hour.
The proposal waits for a free evening
Tommo Closer writes the recap and the proposal from your estimate while the call is fresh. You review instead of starting from a blank page.
The client's MSA sits in your inbox
Tommo Legal marks every clause that departs from your positions on IP, payment terms and liability, with the wording to send back. Its memo is research, not legal advice.
Leads from directories and referrals scatter
Tommos opens one record with one timeline for each inquiry, by form, booking or email, from your site, Clutch or a referral.

The others price by the seat; Tommos prices by the agency, and its tommos write the reply, the proposal and the MSA markup inside that price, from $299 a month.
Prices change. We read these pages again on the day this page goes live.
One price for the whole agency#
No seats: your partners and account leads work in the same CRM for one price. Book is $299 a month (the reply and the call booked), Close is $599 (plus the recap, the proposal and the follow-ups to a decision), Sign is $899 (plus their MSA and your SOW). Every plan counts 50 new leads a month (a new person a tommo starts to work; test records do not count) and includes the AI model, so there is no API key and no second bill. A year is 20% off. After your first payment you have 30 days to get all of it back. See every plan.
Why agency founders pick Tommos#
- No inquiry waits for your evening. The form offers times the moment it is sent, and Tommo SDR’s reply is on your phone within the hour, in your voice. The lead from Clutch or a referral gets the same answer as the one from your site.
- The proposal goes out while the call is fresh. Tommo Closer writes the recap and the proposal from the transcript and your estimate, and follows up until there is a yes or a no. You edit; you do not start from a blank page.
- One price as the agency grows. Partners and account leads work in the same CRM at no extra cost. The AI model is in every plan, and on Sign the MSA markup and the SOW from your template are too.

Questions agency founders ask#
- What is the best CRM for a small marketing agency?
- The one that wins you more of the inquiries you already get. If you lose new business to slow replies and late proposals, pick a CRM that writes them. Tommos (tommos.ai) answers each inquiry, books the call, writes the recap and the proposal from your estimate, and marks up the client's MSA, from $299 a month with no seats.
- Do I need a CRM if my agency already uses ClickUp or Asana?
- For new business, yes. A project tool tracks work you have already won. A CRM tracks who wrote to you, what you promised and when you follow up. Tommos runs that side and leaves client work in your project tool.
- Can a CRM write my agency's proposals?
- On the Close plan, yes. After the discovery call, Tommo Closer writes the recap from the transcript and the proposal from your estimate. It never invents a price, a scope or a date: when the estimate is missing, it asks you. For the recap, connect Granola or keep the call transcripts in a Google Drive folder.
- What do I need to start?
- A Google Workspace account: the tommos write from your Gmail, book on your Google Calendar with a Meet link and keep papers in your Drive. For the recap, connect Granola or keep call transcripts in a Google Drive folder.
- Can I bring my contacts from HubSpot?
- Start with the ones you are selling to now. When you sign in with Google, Tommo reads the last 30 days of your email and meetings and opens a record for each conversation still open, up to 50. Add anyone else by hand or through your AI agent over MCP when you mean to work them; there is no file import to prepare.
- How many people at my agency can use it?
- All of them. Plans count no seats.
- What happens after the 14 days?
- You choose a plan. Without one, nothing runs and nothing is sent; your records stay, to read and to export. In the 30 days after your first payment, you can take all of it back with one press in Billing.
