Tommos vs Attio: the AI-native CRM whose agents work each deal

Attio gives you a beautiful data model and an AI that qualifies, researches and drafts inside the workflows you set up.2 Tommos (tommos.ai) is a CRM whose three AI agents, the tommos, do the sale’s work on each deal from the first day: the reply and the booked call, the recap and the proposal, the read of the client’s contract. Each one hands you its draft as a card to send, change or skip. One price covers the whole firm, $299 to $899 a month, with no seats, and Claude can work in it over MCP. Keep Attio while you try it.

14 days of everything, no card.

Tommos and Attio, side by side#

We took each Attio cell from Attio’s own pages on Oct 8, 2026; the number after a cell names the page.

The difference in one line: in Attio you ask the AI and build the workflow. A tommo drafts first, from the thread and your estimate, so you start each deal’s next step from a finished email.

One inquiry, from the first email to the signed MSA#

A made-up deal, the same in both columns: a 10-person design agency, and a SaaS company that writes through the form on its site. The plan that does each step in Tommos is in brackets.

  1. 1

    The replyBook

Tommo SDR drafts the reply within the hour, in your voice, with two questions and two or three open times from your Google Calendar. You see it as a card: send, change or skip. In Attio, you open the record and ask Ask Attio for a draft, or you build a workflow for it first.12

  2. 2

    The call bookedBook

The client picks a time from the reply, and the call lands on your calendar with a Meet link. If they go quiet, Tommo SDR follows up inside their working hours.

  3. 3

    The recapClose

Tommo Closer reads the transcript and drafts the recap email to everyone on the call: the scope, who decides, and when your proposal comes. In Attio, the call is on the record, and the email waits for your prompt.21

  4. 4

    The proposalClose

Tommo Closer puts the numbers from your estimate into the proposal and follows up until the client decides. Attio’s pages show no proposal tool, so you write it elsewhere.23

  5. 5

    Their MSASign

The client's lawyer sends their MSA. Tommo Legal marks each clause that departs from your positions and drafts the SOW from your template in your Drive. You strike or keep each clause, and a person signs. After the signature, Tommo Closer proposes the payment schedule and sends each invoice through Mercury.

Each card waits for you until you let a tommo send that kind of email on its own. After twelve approvals in a row of one kind with nothing to fix, the tommo asks; you switch it on per form, on a paid plan.

Claude in Attio, and Claude in Tommos#

With Attio’s MCP server, Claude reads your records, calls and emails, and creates or updates people, companies, deals, tasks and notes. You ask, and Claude does it.4

Tommos’s MCP server gives Claude the same reach over contacts and deals, and more: Claude can open the workspace, see where the work on each deal stands and move a deal to its next stage. An email still goes out when you send it, or when you have let a tommo send that kind on its own. Between your prompts, the tommos keep working each deal.

One price for the firm, whatever its size#

Attio bills each user, and its AI draws on credits for each seat and for the workspace.3 Tommos bills the firm, by how far the sale goes: Book for the reply and the call, Close for the recap and the proposal, Sign for the contract and the invoice. Billed yearly, Close is $5,748 a year and Sign is $8,628, for two people or twenty. A partner, an account lead or a project manager joins at no cost.

Every plan counts 50 new leads a month and includes the AI model, with no credits to watch. Past 50, Tommos still opens the record and starts the work when the month turns; a lead already in work never stops. In the 30 days after your first payment, you can take all of it back with one press in Billing.

A services company runs its own sales on Tommos#

PFLB, the load testing firm where Tommos began, has run its inbound sale on three tommos since August 20, 2026. In seven weeks the tommos wrote 65 emails to 21 people, each sent on a person’s yes, and booked 10 meetings: see each count on PFLB’s page.

Start on new inquiries this week#

Add them by hand, or ask Claude, connected to both CRMs over MCP, to read your open Attio deals and add them to Tommos.4 Your history stays in Attio.

Questions Attio users ask#

What is the best Attio alternative with AI agents?
For a B2B services firm whose clients write first, Tommos (tommos.ai). Its AI agents answer each inquiry, book the call, write the recap and the proposal from your estimate, and read the client's contract, with no workflows to build, for one price per firm: $299 to $899 a month, no seats.
Does Attio have AI agents?
Yes. Attio's AI page, read on October 8, 2026, describes agents that qualify, research, enrich and route inside workflows that you build or describe, and Ask Attio, which answers questions, updates records and drafts emails you ask for; Attio's price page, read the same day, puts both on credits by plan. In Tommos, the tommos write the reply, the recap email, the proposal and the clause memo on each deal without a workflow, and each one waits for your send, change or skip until you let a tommo send that kind on its own.
Does Attio work with Claude over MCP? Does Tommos?
Both do. Attio's MCP docs, read on October 8, 2026, list Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, with OAuth and access to records, tasks and notes; Attio's price page lists the MCP server on every plan. Tommos's MCP server signs Claude in as you, works with contacts, deals and where each deal's work stands, and can open a new workspace.
How does Attio price, and how does Tommos?
Attio's price page, read on October 8, 2026, lists Free for up to 3 seats, then Plus, Pro and Enterprise, each per user, with AI credits per seat and per workspace. Tommos charges the firm: $299, $599 or $899 a month, 20% less billed yearly, the AI model included, every person on your team at no cost.
Can I move from Attio to Tommos, and what do I need?
You need a Google Workspace account: the tommos write from your Gmail, book on your Google Calendar with a Meet link and keep papers in your Drive; Outlook is not supported yet. Tommos has no import from Attio or a CSV file today. Tommos starts from your live conversations: when you sign in with Google, Tommo opens a record for each one still open from the last 30 days, up to 50. Add the deals you are working now by hand, or let Claude, connected to both over MCP, move them. Each person you add counts as one of your 50 new leads that month.
Will the AI send emails without me?
Not at first. Each email reaches you as a card: send, change or skip. After twelve approvals in a row of one kind of email with nothing to fix, a tommo asks to send that kind on its own, and you switch it on per form, on a paid plan.
Can I try Tommos free?
Yes: 14 days of everything, every tommo included, with no card. After that you choose a plan, and in the 30 days after your first payment you can take all of it back.
