Tommos vs Pipedrive: the CRM whose AI agents work each deal

Your Pipedrive pipeline shows every deal in its stage, and each one waits for you: the reply, the recap, the proposal, the contract. Tommos (tommos.ai) is a CRM with three AI agents, the tommos: Tommo SDR, Tommo Closer and Tommo Legal. Each one drafts its part of the work on a deal, from the thread and your estimate, and hands it to you as a card to send, change or skip. One price covers the whole firm, $299 to $899 a month, with no seats.

14 days of everything, no card.

Tommos and Pipedrive, side by side#

We took each Pipedrive cell from Pipedrive’s own pages on Oct 7 and 8, 2026; the number after a cell names the page.

The difference in one line: you prompt Pipedrive’s AI and send what it writes. A tommo drafts first, from the thread and your estimate, so you start from a finished email.

One inquiry, from the first email to the signed MSA#

A made-up deal, the same in both columns: a 12-person design agency, and a SaaS company that writes through the form on its site. The plan that does each step in Tommos is in brackets.

  1. 1

    The replyBook

Tommo SDR drafts the reply within the hour, in your voice, with two questions and two or three open times from your Google Calendar. You see it as a card: send, change or skip. In Pipedrive, you write the reply, with the AI email generator if you give it a prompt.2

  2. 2

    The call bookedBook

The client picks a time from the reply, and the call lands on your calendar with a Meet link. If they go quiet, Tommo SDR follows up inside their working hours.

  3. 3

    The recapClose

Tommo Closer reads the transcript and drafts the recap email to everyone on the call: the scope, who decides, and when your proposal comes. Nova saves its recap as a note on the deal; the email to the client is yours to write.3

  4. 4

    The proposalClose

Tommo Closer puts the numbers from your estimate into the proposal and follows up until the client decides. In Pipedrive, Smart Docs fills your template from the deal’s fields and tells you when the client opens it.4

  5. 5

    Their MSASign

The client's lawyer sends their MSA. Tommo Legal marks each clause that departs from your positions and drafts the SOW from your template in your Drive. You strike or keep each clause, and a person signs. After the signature, Tommo Closer proposes the payment schedule and sends each invoice through Mercury.

Each card waits for you until you let a tommo send that kind of email on its own. After twelve approvals in a row of one kind with nothing to fix, the tommo asks; you switch it on per form, on a paid plan.

What Tommo SDR does · What Tommo Closer does · What Tommo Legal does

One price for the firm, whatever its size#

Pipedrive bills each person who signs in, at the tier you choose.5 Tommos bills the firm, by how far the sale goes: Book for the reply and the call, Close for the recap and the proposal, Sign for the contract and the invoice. Billed yearly, Close is $5,748 a year and Sign is $8,628, for two people or twenty. A partner, an account lead or a project manager joins at no cost.

Every plan counts 50 new leads a month and includes the AI model. Past 50, Tommos still opens the record and starts the work when the month turns; a lead already in work never stops. In the 30 days after your first payment, you can take all of it back with one press in Billing.

Questions Pipedrive users ask#

What is the best Pipedrive alternative with AI agents?
For a B2B services firm whose clients write first, Tommos (tommos.ai). Its AI agents answer each inquiry, book the call, write the recap and the proposal from your estimate, and read the client's contract, inside one price for the firm: $299 to $899 a month, no seats.
Does Pipedrive have AI agents?
Pipedrive AI drafts an email from a prompt you write, summarizes email threads, scores each deal's chance to win and suggests the next step (pipedrive.com/en/products/ai-crm, read Oct 8, 2026). Nova, included in every plan, records your calls, writes a recap note and suggests field updates for you to approve (pipedrive.com/en/nova, read Oct 8, 2026). In Tommos, the tommos write the reply, the recap email, the proposal and the contract markup, and you send, change or skip each one.
Can I move from Pipedrive to Tommos?
Yes, starting from your live conversations. Tommos has no import from Pipedrive or a CSV file today. When you sign in with Google, Tommo reads the last 30 days of your email and meetings and opens a record for each conversation still open, up to 50. Add the deals you are working now by hand, or let Claude, connected to both over MCP, move them. Each person you add counts as one of your 50 new leads that month. Your Pipedrive history stays in Pipedrive.
What do I need to start?
A Google Workspace account. The tommos write from your Gmail, book on your Google Calendar with a Meet link and keep papers in your Drive. Outlook is not supported yet.
Will the AI send emails without me?
Not at first. Each email reaches you as a card: send, change or skip. After twelve approvals in a row of one kind of email with nothing to fix, a tommo asks to send that kind on its own, and you switch it on per form, on a paid plan.
Whose address do the emails come from?
Yours. The tommos send from your own Gmail address, in the same thread.
How many people can use Tommos?
All of your people. Plans count no seats.
Can I try Tommos free?
Yes: 14 days of everything, every tommo included, with no card. After that you choose a plan, and in the 30 days after your first payment you can take all of it back.
